DONT MOVE HERE especially their apts. on Saginaw rd. The building is old, plumbing is terrible. They shut the water off every other wk for a few hrs. one time for two days without informing us or compensation. I wish they would inform people before hand about their maintenance issues, and whatever that plumbing issue is about is RIDICULOUS. I won't be living here if I hav to worry about having no water every other wk. that's a violation in itself. Also if there's wet paint in the hall way, please inform the residents. New ownership and management has been exceptional. My maintenance requests have been answered in the most timely manner. I couldn't be happier with the location and amentities. I recommend this apartment community to everyone it's incredibly people and pet friendly!
I've been having issues with the new staff loosing my rent payments the first time they found the problem and fixed it. The second time they could not find it. I was not happy about having to pay double rent. Brandon reached out to me, we talked and we resolved the issue.
I absolutely love the concept & amenities the Quarters @ EL have to offer! ❤
