Don’t live here if you ever want to have friends or guests over. The policy for guests has changed 3 times and now can only park with a pass that you have to get from the office, that is good for 24 hours.. It is completely inconvenient and they hand out parking tickets like candy on Halloween. Not to mention the dog poop you can find randomly scattered and a pool that you couldn’t use. Very unhappy with the situation as a whole.
They have changed their parking policy 3 times since my lease started in July. If you want a guest to come over, you will have to go pick them up. Also, they make you use a third party service to pay your bills. It cost you an extra $5 a month just to use the service. They act like they care for their residents when they really do not. There is more than enough room to make more parking spots throughout the complex.
The Quarters has been awful to work with. Be aware that they are an out-of-state company, and local management is lacking. I had re-let my apartment back in June, and have finally received it today after months of trying to get it back. I had to seek out an attorney to assist me in the matter, and even then things moved very slowly on their end. I was told multiple times that my check was being “processed.” I’m certain it doesn’t take three months to process anything. Avoid living here.
Convenient being close to campus and loving the upgraded style!! both office and maintenance staff has been amazing !
