This place was amazing! One of the best meals from start to finish. Loved sitting at the bar...the chefs are talented, entertaining and seem to truly enjoy the art of cooking. Echo that for the Bartenders. My tastebuds are overjoyed! Perfect example of how teamwork and talent create a memorable experience...I will be coming back for more Purple Pig!

Returning customer time and time again. We do try a new dish each time; however, we always order bone marrow and highly recommend chorizo Panini, beets vegetable dish, octopus appetizer
Now I understand why this place it is so crowded. The food is delicious! Mediterannian food is my soul food. We tried several plates and every single one was better than the last. I recommend the tuna salad, asparagus salad. The milk braised meat and chicken kebab were excellent. Don't skip dessert. So good. Service was excellent. We never had dirty plates on our table. They were very good about getting fresh cutlery and plates for all the courses which really enhances the flavors. I had sangria and it was very tasty

If you like creative and delicious dishes this is the place. Small plates to share with your party but don't let the menu intimidate you. This place focuses on flavor. Despite being located on magnificent mile this is not a tourist trap. Wait times for tables tend to be high but well worth it. Try as many dishes as you can. The grilled broccoli is amazing. Tends to be crowded with little elbow room but you won't be disappointed.
Took my 16 yr old daughter and her friend here for lunch after Chef Jimmy had visited their culinary class at their high school. Energetic atmosphere, fun and delicious food, and our server, Melody, was the absolute BEST!!
Worth the wait! The meatballs, lamb ribs, and beef tenderloin are outstanding.
Succulent, fall off the bone turkey leg is accented well with the cabbage and capers.
