Honestly? The best food I've had in years and years. A place that made me feel at home and like a VIP all at once. It's not just about the bone marrow or pig ears, although those are definitely worth having. I have been to this place many times, and tell myself to try something new each time. Everything that I got was amazing, bone marrow spread, the roasted cauliflower, milk braised pork shoulder and the Iris. Had to wait 1.5 hours but it was so worth it and servers went around and got drink orders.
Really good and tasty food. Tried the pig shoulder. Absolutely delicious.
The octopus � was the best I've ever had. WOW. The food has such amazing flavors. If you are in Chicago, this is a must! Service was exceptional!!!

The purple pig should feel honoured for my five star review as I NEVER give full marks.... This place wasn't actually on my initial list of restaurants for our visit and found it by accident on an internet search.... and WOW! What a find.... we were very impressed with the level of service and genuine concern for our enjoyment.
