Service staff was excellent. Great atmosphere. Dishes executed to perfection. Those bbq carrots are a game changer! Look forward to our next trip to Chicago so we can visit again.
Fabulous, descriptive menu, tastes were unbelievably good, communal table was very comfortable. Bathrooms were picture quality, but I didn't photograph (tmi�). My SECOND choice for Father's Day. I lucked out that my first choice was sold out.

Amazing food. The pâté is one of the best dishes I've ever had. Great, great beer list. The service was also fantastic. It is definitely loud, but mostly because everyone's having a great time.

The food was exceptional, wonderful to share with the whole table, each plate with great flavors and combination. The only thing better than the food was the outstanding service!
Yummy. Noisy. Did I mention noisy? The bacon was super thick.
Wonderful food and atmosphere! Best Bloody Mary I've ever had. Had the bacon and it was thick and delicious.
If you want great food then definitely dine at The Publican. Food, drinks, people, service and atmosphere and just great. I most certainly will return.
