I own several properties in the Orlando area and have had bad luck with management companies before. I signed with Property Management Specialist a few years ago and they have turned my properties problems in to success. I have never been let down by them. Problems do happen, and they are always there to take care of them promptly and professionally.
As a owner I want the best tenants anyone can find, but, I also don't want to deal with late payments or even other hassles a homeowner may come in contact with. With these guys I never have to worry about a thing.
I'd heard great things about this company and gave them a try. I've been so happy with how they've treated me and am enjoying having them as my property manager.
Professional and friendly staff. I really like their policies which keep me in charge of the important decisions, while being able to step back while they take care of the day to day. I don't feel stressed anymore and my tenants are much happier with this arrangement. New tenants have been great and I get my checks on time.
