I am so glad that I found this company! I recently moved to Orlando and viewed over a dozen rental homes managed by at least 4-5 different companies. Our experience has been excellent with the Property Management Specialists. On a recent repair that came up on a weekend, the crew at PM Specialists responded immediately and fixed the problem. A big plus is that they are pleasant to deal with and are nice people. Their office followed up on Monday to make sure we were happy. It is comforting to know that we have a professional property management team who really cares. I have no problem recommending this company based on our experience.
I like that the team here really analyzes prospective tenants for my property. I’ve had no issues with the renter’s and that is owed to their selection process. I’m glad to see my home is being taken care of.
