RecommendedWe stayed for one night and everything was great. Check in was easy. The staff were all helpful and the room was clean.
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Quiet and nice room :). Great breakfast especially the made to order omelet. Only suggestion is give order forms with check in for the omelets. This would cut time for the cook and kitchen congestion. :)
Its clean..thats all that matters to me..even the staff are very cooperative and helpful, specially the receptionist!!!
It is a nice place just that my room was on the back side of the hotel and there was notting there to see since I was there for a whole week and had to stay in the room it was a little borring but The hotel was very clean and the employers were very helpful and friendly

We used to live in Lake Forest but now live in San Diego. Family of 4 with 2 pre teens. When ever we come up for family events we stay at the Prominence. 5-6 nights a year. Very clean. Just across the street is Dimension Liquor store. In the parking lot itself is Subway, Starbucks, etc. 2 doors down is Der Weinerschnitzel and a bar with pool tables. I stayed there with my husband and my two kitties. I was concerned at first about the smells I would find in the room as it was pet friendly. I got an executive suite for two nights. I was pleasantly surprised with the room...... It was immaculate! The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The wireless keyboard in our room was not working so we called the front desk.....someone was at the door in two seconds with batteries for the keyboard.
