Room had very stained carpet and bathroom floor was sticky. Shower rod was broken and tub faucet made noise when using. Bed was comfortable but if you have a room above you plan on hearing every step the people above you make. Pictures on website are not a true depiction of rooms our group had in Lake Forest location. Not worth money.
Price was right and it was clean. The breakfast in the morning was really good.
Room small for a 'king suite', took 3 calls to get my broken clock radio fixed. Wallpaper starting to peel. Better than a motel 6, you get what you pay for.
The hotel is clean and quiet. We had a suite and the bedroom was a little crowded with a king size bed. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The sitting room was comfortable. Check in and out was easy and quick. Overall it was a good experience. I'd stay there again.
The suite(!) was very nice not very large but good for one or two people. A small sitting area and TV, with a desk,COMPUTER, and then a Refrigerator, stove, sink and microwave.. In the bedroom, King Size bed, another Air Conditioner, another TV. Large ish bathroom, a window in each room, and quiet all night, and I was next to the elevator. Did not attempt the breakfast, as I usually skip it.
RecommendedIt's clean and comfortable, the breakfast a good and the location is convenient to located near shopping area. I would stay again when I am in town
There are many things that this hotel is lacking. Professionalism, customer service, common courtesy. Turning down a poor mother and her eight month old child because the clerk doesn't know how to be a decent human being? No thanks, I'll take my business elsewhere.
