Front desk laughed at my friend, lied to her, refused to give her a room which was already paid for, and called the police on her. Apparently this isn't the first time this employee has treated people like garbage.
Worst customer service ever. The kid at the reception desk was rude and condescending to all the patrons, including myself. I will never go there again, and I would rather pay for someone to stay elsewhere than allow this company to continue with its terrible business.

Less than a mile from a jail, meth deal's in the parking lot, and terrible front desk help. What more could you ask for?
Staff was rude. I get it, that you hate your job, but don't take your poor life choices out on an exhausted mother and child. Would NOT recommend.
