The whole experience was outstanding and better than expected! From the initial estimate process through the actual move, we were treated with courtesy and every question was answered. On moving day, the crew arrived right on time and was efficient and fun. Charges were well-detailed and all of our stuff was moved intact. I highly recommend The Professionals!
Moises and his crew helped us move from the city to the suburbs. They were incredibly fast, efficient, very cautious when handling our belongings and completed the move well under the quoted time. We would 100% recommend using them for any moving needs.
We just finished our fourth move with the Professionals, and they were as amazing as I remembered them. Rafael, Efrain, Julian, Luis, and Carmelo were awesome. They moved quickly, took great care of our stuff, and were super nice during the whole thing. I was worried because we just redid the floors at our new house and I was afraid they would get scratched up during the move (which included a piano!), but there isn’t a scratch to be found. We used the team of Johny, Anthony and Jose today to help my son move and were amazed on the quickness and efficiency of this team. They surveyed the logistics and moved everything in a logical manner and then did the same when unloading at 2nd location. They got done sooner than I expected and we were very happy with the total experience by Professional Moving Specialists.
