Terrific hotel. Location is really great. Checking in process could use some attention. "Is this your first time visiting us? Great, here is where you park, breakfast is on the main level, etc. ". None of that. Also, the door bells, any kids on any floor are going to do what kids do. I was expecting a premiere experience, and was a bit disappointed.

The staff was very attentive and efficient. The room was excellent. Too bad it's up a steep hill from the lovely harbour.

Granted the hotel was very busy when we went. However the rooms were very clean and spacious. The pool was warm, clean and lovely. The sauna was clean and nicely done. The hot tub well maintained. Location was excellent, and only a short walk to great local sites. The breakfast buffet was good value for the cost. The parking was easy. Staff was approachable and eager to help.

Excellent hotel. Great staff. Nice room, more like a suite. Maid service even left a written "thank you" for each daily tip. Shower was big enough for a small dance party. Jetted tub was huge, as well. Valet was quick and easy. Morning breakfast buffet, although repetitive, was very good.

My wife and I arrived at the hotel late evening following our flight from the U.K. and were warmly welcomed, and to our delight, upgraded to a suite with complementary breakfast for our two night stay. The hotel is well appointed and spotlessly clean and all the staff we encountered were polite, professional and friendly. There is secure parking beneath the hotel. The hotel is also ideally situated for easy walking to the waterfront bars and restaurants. Highly recommend.
