I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had a good time. It’s an older hotel that could use some modernization in the common spaces as well as the rooms, but it was still comfortable and functional. It is located downtown near the convention center and citadel, however it’s a steep walk up and down to the waterfront. For the price, you would expect to get breakfast included, but I got a discount as part of a conference and that made up for it.
