My husband lived in Gillette, Wyoming for six months. I would visit him every month, and The Prime Rib was a our favorite date night outing. We enjoyed the atmosphere and service - our favorite spot in the house was the wine cellar.
My boyfriend and I went there on Valentines and we were not happy with the food. Mine was cold by the time it got to us. I understand it was a very busy night for them but an hour and a half waiting is a little to long.
