I love living at the preston! Randy, the property manager, is always available for all questions/ concerns. Three years in and I can’t imagine moving to a different complex!
I lived at The Preston for over three years and loved living there. The building is very well kept and is in an awesome location right off Dupont Circle. My roommate and I rarely had any issues but when we did, Keener Management was super responsive and helpful. I would recommend living here!
Lender is the most responsive/attentive management company who takes really great care of its buildings and apartments. Nothing but a positive experience here!
I have lived at the Preston for nearly a year and have had an absolutely incredible experience! The apartment building is beautiful and in a central location in Dupont - just minutes away from the metro and within short walking distance of the best restaurants, coolest cafes, and cutest bookstores that DC has to offer. A huge plus, Whole Foods is just 3 blocks away, and Trader Joe's is not too far. Dupont is, in my opinion, the most charming neighborhood in DC (and among the safest neighborhoods).
