The Office Staff is the absolute best , they're doing an amazing remodeling as well .. I recommend this place 1 million times..
Just moved in....and love the lake view from my third floor apartment! So far, so good.
Bring the lake level back up! The low water level over a long period of time is affecting the fish population! And it will take years to recover!!!

I love living here. The new management has been more than accommodating to me during a very difficult time. The pool is nice, the grounds are great for pets and children. I see some of the reviews about neighbors and noise, however unfortunately that is a part of apartment living. Parking can be a beast depending on which complex you live, and the gate never seems to work properly, but I will resign if I renew my contract in columbia.
My place is nice and very spacious. Two issues I have are the gate and late night pool hangouts. I'm believing the gate issues are the cause of people coming on the property hanging around the pool late night. I'm almost certain they aren't even resident. They're loud and using the pool as a hangout. If the issue doesn't get resolved I'm out of here.
I love my apartment. It's very spacious and I've never had an issue with appliances. Bryant in the front office is the reason I signed here and he's the only reason why I have stayed. He knows what he's doing and I'm a Property Manager myself, so it's nice to have someone competent running things down there. The bad thing, however, is the gate was "malfunctioning" one day, so they decided to just leave it open for the outside population to enter our community.
