GREAT COMMUNITY. THE PROPERTY IS KEPT NICE AND NEAT. THEY ARE VERY INVOLVED WITH THE COMMUNITY. THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING!!! I LOVE THE PLACE.
Moved in this August and I love it here! Super friendly and helpful staff, great community, awesome amenities, and perhaps my favorite aspect of the Preserve, not just dog friendly but DOG LOVING! Ten out of ten, highly recommend
I’ve been here two years already and by far this is one of THE best properties I’ve lived at (and I’ve lived all over)! The staff is super personable and whenever there’s an issue they are quick to respond! The grounds are kept nice and neat at all times and the monthly resident socials are LITT! I love it here and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone relocating to the area!

My husband and I moved to the complex a little over a year ago. We have been so happy with our apartment! The new management that took over is great! Farris and Angela are awesome! Whenever we put in a service request, it is taken care of very quickly. They like to do fun events for residents often where they provide food and drinks such as taco night in the club house and the cook out at the pool they did on the eclipse day!
