Excellent place to live. The amenities are great, and main areas are updated and grounds are nice. On site management is very friendly and service people are very timely and professional in upkeep of apartments. Apartment finishings could use an update at some point, and Bigos Management lease is a little draconian-which Bigos does enforce, which would be the main drawback of this apartment complex. I live for over five years at this place and was happy with it

We love living here at the Preserve at Commerce. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. Any maintenance requests I have are taken care of quickly. It is a great place for a family with wonderful amenities. All of the residents I have met so far are very friendly and welcoming.
Very friendly Management, always willing to help.
