Current renter here, pet mom and satisfied five stars! Welcome to home, amenities and comfort! Each apartment has a balcony, one heated underground parking, dishwasher and washer/dryer in every apartment! Added bonus... ceiling fans with lights in the bedrooms!!! We have trash chutes on every floor, recycling on the first floor! We also have a little vending area for snacks or those occasional soda cravings at midnight! All the people that work here are so friendly. The service people do a remarkable job. The people at the office are very kind and considerate. I would recommend the preserve at commerce for anyone to live.
The Preserve At Commerce Apartments are great! The office staff is very helpful and super nice. My maintenance requests are always taken care of expediently and professionally. Everything is kept clean and living here is very comfortable.
I am a current resident and have been here for over three years. The location is awesome for living in Rogers and middle and high schoolers are able to walk to school easily. Being right beside a park and a lot of green space is a huge plus, as well. Maintenance issues are handled promptly and quickly.
Just moved back to The Preserve a week ago. We lived here from 2010 until 2016, and were excited to move back. Complex looks great, staff are friendly and always willing to help. Maintenance guys are the best, very knowledgeable in fixing whatever needs to be fixed! Glad to be back here.
Clean and quiet place to live. Accessible amenities. Great restaurants nearby.
I have lived here for 13 years I love it here I was gone for six months and came back because it's the best place I've ever lived it is fun great people people in the office are awesome maintenance is awesome love it would highly highly highly recommended living here
