SMOKERS BEWARE OR SMOKE FREE PEOPLE THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! I quit smoking cold turkey 5 yrs ago but if I was a smoker I would really be upset living here. You can only smoke in 2 areas and that is at the entrance of the property like on the corner. They do not provide you benches or shelter to smoke. I would HATE to have to stand outside in the rain, snow, heat or cold to smoke. You cannot smoke in your car, on your balcony or outside in the common area. *WARNING FOR RENTERS. My experience with the landlord, Barbara, was incredibly frustrating and dishonest. This place is a complete scam. Do NOT rent from Barbara or this property unless you’re ready to fight for your rights and your money. After my lease ended, I moved out properly, had a perfect walkthrough with no damages, and even have video evidence of Barbara stating the unit was being prepped for new tenants — carpets replaced, walls painted — and that I would not be responsible for any more rent.
