Well first of all what ever is in your contract they don't care about and too the managers do nothing to help you when you have a problem and they are just straight up horrible.
Awful maintenance, poor communication from the office staff, and overall poor management
My beginning experience with the perseve has been excellent. Kyle has been every inviting and very helpful in making the decision very easy for my roommates and I. Devyn has been very informative helping us understand the lease. Kyle and Devyn has made this experience so mi I more welcoming than my last apartment complex Aqua Cove.
Kyle & Devyn were very helpful & I can't wait to move in this fall.
NEVER LIVE HERE!!!!!!! The people who live here are thieves and crooks and the staff is unhelpful and beyond rude! I have been looking for a sub leaser since the day I moved in but cannot find one since this place is beyond horrible!!!!!!!
