Apartments are never up to date because no one actually inspects the units after people move out so others get blamed for previous roommates’ damages and are forced to pay for it.
We picked this place because we thought it was affordable. The preserve has not updated their appliances in 15 years, as per audit by the city of Tallahassee. We were charged an average of $120/month PER PERSON for utilities. Even in months we were not there, had the A/C off, etc with the highest being $156/person. Upon moving out we were given not only 1 months worth of utility charge but 3 all at once with no warning that this was going to be happening from the complex. $1065 my last months rent here .. save yourself and s... read more

The Preserve is a very beautiful place to live, the staff here is amazing, maintenance comes on time as soon as you put a work order in, and it is very quiet. I have also resigned my lease here. I really love the preserve.
Staying at the Preserve is absolutely amazing. The rooms are big and the maintenance team is always on time with no hassle. The community is quite and everyone is always so nice and helpful. I lOVE staying here
Staff and management are friendly and provide apartment wide events and social gatherings. Enjoyed my time living here!
The Preserve is a great place to live! It’s a great neighborhood with comfortable, homey town homes. The main office has always been receptive and quick to help with any issues I’ve had.
Waffle Wednesday??? Heck yeah!! The staff and management are super welcoming now that they changed management and aim to make living here the best experience possible.
