Pool is awesome! Stand up tanning bed whenever you want, and their gym is great...not to mention the clubhouse is being renovated. Staff is amazing and loves my puppy!

I love living at the Preserve. The rooms are huge and the complex feels safe. The maintenance responds almost within the hour and are very helpful. The management is very kind and do their best to help. Kayla especially goes out of her way to make sure that you are happy!
By far one of the WORST places to live. Do not live here. I didn’t sign again because my rent went up more and more each month. My last month there, my rent was over 900.. The staff does not work with you and will do anything to charge you. It’s far from school and the amenities are nothing compared to other places. Bugs are everywhere and the appliances are old. This place charges way too much for a crappy living place.
This garbage residency, now reserves parking spots for 40 dollars a month, I have lived here for 4 years and the new management is the worst. How can you reserve a parking spot 2 feet from your house if every parking spot is only 50 feet, so you're telling me I pay 500+ rent have lived here for four years and you can tow my vehicle because you're money grubbing new management is trash. I've been staying here for a year and I must say it was horrible. The neighborhood is a nice neighborhood, but as far as management..... it's horrible. I've never met anyone who literally don't care about their residents (it's just for show) for example, I called the office for them to help me take my mirror down... the manager kept mentioning how it was just a favor....regardless if it's a favor or not... The preserve is a quite ravishing place to live, they offer a plethora of activities for the residents to enjoy (game day activities, free food, and even movie nights) and have a cupidity to fulfill all my maintenance needs! The cynosure of the office staff is making sure all the residents needs are fulfilled! I would recommend anyone to live here!
