Our core values are Faith, Family & Food. Our pulled pork is smoked for a minimum of 12 hours. Our ribs are cooked until they are "fall off the bone amazing". We have an amazing super moist smoked chicken. Our sides are homemade from scratch daily. We offer dine in, drive thru & carry out service Thursday, Friday & Saturday. We offer our catering services Monday thru Saturday.

Some of the best BBQ I've ever had! The Pot Smoker Catered my wedding this past Sunday and they were a HUGE success! Not only was the food great, but the workers were also very dedicated to making sure nothing went wrong on our big day!!

This BBQ is the BEST I've ever had!!! I love it! Great atmosphere and the staff are always cheerful and helpful. Also like the fact that everytime I've been in, I've seen the owner working right along with the staff just as hard as they are. He has no problem doing anything from working the line in back to delivering food or sweeping up a mess on floor.

I enjoyed my visit today with a very nice atmosphere, good decor, very clean restroom and great food. I am rating it a four only because the service started slow, with me getting overlooked to order; but one lady who jumped to clean my table while on break was admirable! Hoping my next visit will be a 5*.

So tonight we were invited to The Pot Smoker BBQ by Bobby, Thad and Robert. Let me just start off by saying, they are awesome, the food is absolutely fall off the bone delicious, and the guys & girls there treated us & everybody there just like family. It really caught my eye. I couldn't believe how much I felt like family there.
