Our core values are Faith, Family & Food. Our pulled pork is smoked for a minimum of 12 hours. Our ribs are cooked until they are "fall off the bone amazing". We have an amazing super moist smoked chicken. Our sides are homemade from scratch daily. We offer dine in, drive thru & carry out service Thursday, Friday & Saturday. We offer our catering services Monday thru Saturday.

Plenty of parking, friendly service and great food. We had pulled pork, ribs, green beans, bbq beans & loaded baked potato salad. St Louis style ribs, fork tender and falling off the bone. Red, yellow & vinegar based sauce. Sampled the Mac N Cheese, cheesy & moist. Before we left, we were already making plans to come back. Absolutely Great.

Me and my wife just stop by to try it and I am telling u I tasted BBQ before but I never tasted it this gud I give you all and A+ and rate it a 10 ☆
Coming from the Kansas City area, it is so hard to find this quality of smoked meats! Amazing ribs, pork and chicken! Everything was an A+! The meat stands on its own but you have to try every sauce because they are all so yummy...all in a different way! Thank you for being SO good!!!!!
Took me long enough to get by and try it! Finally did today and it was great, but now I'm so full I just need a nap! If you visit the Pot Smoker you definitely won't leave with the munchies...
The best BBQ I've ever had! I had the ribs and pulled pork with sides of mac and cheese and the loaded potato salad. I got to try some of the chicken as well and it was so moist and delicious! Huge portions and great service too. We are so excited to find such a great BBQ place. We'll be back!
Good food and even better hospitality! The owner visited our table to introduce himself, you don't get that kind of greeting to often.
I have never had better BBQ in my life. What Bobby has created is absolutely incredible. You won't be disappointed!!!
My husband has always loved barbecue but I really was never a fan. I tried to like it but it was always too dry, or flavorless, or fatty...yuck. The we tried Pot Smokers and I am a true blue convert. So delicious, moist, lean, delicately smoky....yum! And Brenda's sauce is delicious and a perfect compliment. We will be getting it to go A LOT! 😉
