Our core values are Faith, Family & Food. Our pulled pork is smoked for a minimum of 12 hours. Our ribs are cooked until they are "fall off the bone amazing". We have an amazing super moist smoked chicken. Our sides are homemade from scratch daily. We offer dine in, drive thru & carry out service Thursday, Friday & Saturday. We offer our catering services Monday thru Saturday.

We are from KC and wanted to try the St Louis ribs. Excellent. Fall off the bone tender and tasty. We will be back! Great value, too.

We had y'all cater my 40th birthday party yesterday and it was the best part of my party. Your food is awesome. Hands down, best bbq we've had. We will be back and tell everyone we know. Thank you Bobby Sue for helping us with the menu and thank you Bobby for helping get the food out to our truck.
Best BBQ ever, I am a sauce it up kind of gal, but this Barbeque doesn't need it
Very good pork butt. Picked up at the Evans location. Nice smoke flavor and very tender from cooking long hours. Potato salad was also very good. Very nice folks as well! Next time I'm getting some of those pork skins!
