Our core values are Faith, Family & Food. Our pulled pork is smoked for a minimum of 12 hours. Our ribs are cooked until they are "fall off the bone amazing". We have an amazing super moist smoked chicken. Our sides are homemade from scratch daily. We offer dine in, drive thru & carry out service Thursday, Friday & Saturday. We offer our catering services Monday thru Saturday.

Went there for lunch, it was amazing!! The pork is fantastic. Generous portions. We were hooked the second the nice server handed us the free sample to try!! Loved it!!
My Mom insisted we go get ribs and hash from The Pot Smoker BBQ truck for Memorial Day! Great people at the truck and was treated to a taste of their BBQ since I'd never had it!! Awesome flavor and oh so moist!! The ribs were incredible....falling off the bone and max flavor!!! Great hash!!! Can't wait for Aiken to get their own restaurant....on the north side!!! Will recommend to EVERYONE!!

Before the restaurant opened, the slogan on the mobile truck caught my eye. I thought, "these are some creative folks." The pot smoker catered a meal at my job and I've been hooked since. I'd probably eat there every day if they were open the service is great and the staff friendly. They play good music and the restaurant is a comfortable place to enjoy a great meal.
