Held my sisters baby shower here a few weekends ago. Was very excited since their decor matched our theme and I had heard so many wonderful things. I was less than impressed with the whole thing. The only saving grace was our waitress, she was amazing. The food was bland, I wasn’t informed of a separate entrance, other staff was rude, we were on top of another party, the list goes on. Regarding the busser - he is on the Autism/Asperger spectrum and surely did not mean to be "rude". He probably was just momentarily confused by your request. We are happy to provide table cloths and assist customers to assure they have a great party.

My son and I were there this morning for a special Paw Patrol breakfast. If I have a complaint, it would be that the seating area is too small. So many people wanted to have breakfast, there was a line outside! It was a great experience and my son LOVED it! We we're there once before for a Muana buffet dinner and it was awesome as well! We will definitely be back!
We had a great time at The Pop Shop. Our server was super friendly. The food came out in a timely fashion. And, well, how can ice cream ever be bad?

Had an amazing time yesterday with Disney Princess Belle. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and the place looks amazing. Definitely going back.
