Had an amazing birthday for my 3 year old here. The owners and staff made us feel like we were part of the family, and the food was amazing. This is going to be a regular for us!

First time at the Pop Shop for Friends Trivia last night. Trivia itself was fun, but the service was AWFUL! Our waitress was very, very slow. We ordered dinner first and then dessert (only after flagging her down) The food took about a half hour to come out. Then the ice cream another half hour and when she brought it out two of the ice creams didn't have spoons. She didn't bring our bill until about 20 min after the game was over. I was so excited to go to the Pop Shop thinking it was going to be cute fun & delicious - I was so disappointed! The staff was nice but the place is unorganized dirty loud & service was extremely slow. The food was not impressive. We sat at the bar stools and was completely disgusted to see behind the counter- it was so dirty. The waitress actually changed the overflowing garbage with no gloves on then without even washing her hands continued to make a shake. The containers the toppings are in were left open & dirty. Food was okay but the place was very dirty the floors looked like they never been moped in a long time and the bathrooms were nasty but our little 3 year old had a blast with the paw patrol
Staff was amazing. My server was Jim. It was an event and very busy and everyone was pleasant and working hard. Our first time there and we will definitely be back again but next time with more people. Thanks for a great 1st time ! �
