I personally don’t recommend this rental complex at all. A child can’t play outside in peace, the main doors are always kept open during the day/night because main hallways smell like weed and residents are venting it. You can’t have your own bbq on your balcony. You have to use old burned smelly ones provided by the pool. Honestly the price they charge for rent it’s not worth it at all. So many more beautiful places around to rent for similar price or little more. STAY AWAY‼️
Maintenance issue was handled quickly and efficiently.
Andrew came right away after I reported plumbing problem to Kendra in office, Andrew promptly and effectively cleared blockage in drains in kitchen sinks. Thank you.
