I have been there twice with friends and it was great! All the staff was very nice!
We love it here! We worked with Courtney during our lease and she was fantastic! Our only complaint is that we purchased covered parking spots and unauthorized people keep parking in them. I'd love to call the courtesy officer and have them towed, but I don't know that phone number and I can't seem to find it anywhere. Other than that, we love it! We moved here from another Rich Smith property in central Arkansas and the company has always done right by us. :)
The property is amazing! I am looking forward to moving in next month. My girlfriend and I have been working with Courtney, a leasing consultant there at the Pointe, and she is amazing! She has gone far and beyond to help us out in every way that she can. We have toured the apartment complex several times and every time we go, she is always in a great spirit ready to help us out.
