By far one of the best places I have ever stayed, let alone called home. Staff makes you feel welcomed, other residents are friendly. Management works to make this complex a community, and they have succeeded.
This place is amazing and has all the amenities one could ask for! also a wonderful staff!
There is much improvement in the management of this apartment complex. Jen, the leasing manager is great. However, I am very disappointed in their handling of difficult residents. I live below the most DIFFICULT and rude person in the complex. The management team is either afraid to deal with her or they simply don’t care. Her dog almost bit me, and the noise levels are unbearable on a daily basis. Pam, the regional manager, offered to move me to another apartment; at my expense of course. I LOVE living at The Pointe of Bentonville! The office staff is amazing and I love to come get coffee and visit them. The swimming pool, gym, sport lounge make you feel like you are at a resort. I highly recommend this place to live!!!
We are moving in April 14, 2018 and couldn’t be more excited! Jodeci is awesome! The Pointe has so many great amenities!
This place is by far the best apartment complex in the NWA area. The management is incredibly friendly and work diligently to cater to the needs of all the residents. The amenities are bar-none and with social events planned weekly and all year long. It is sure to be a place you’ll never want to leave and family/friends will be dying to join in on the fun. Best value in all the area. I did my research too �
