RecommendedThis place is even better than it looks online! It’s quiet, peaceful, and we have yet to meet a rude neighbor! All the employees are kind and helpful. We personally love the pool, sports lounge, thirsty Thursdays, and all the parking! I seriously can’t say enough good things about this amazing place!!!
Best apartment complex I’ve been to. Amazing amenities, the units are incredibly generous and well laid out, and the staff are friendly and easy to work with. Wes, Heather, and Nick are awesome!

I looked at several apartment complexes from Fayetteville to Bentonville and none compared to the Pointe. Helpful staff, great units, resort like feel, awesome neighbors, convenient location and fair price. I recently moved from Chicago and those that have relocated with their job knows it’s stressful. Jodeci from the leasing department was perfect to work with and minimized any stress as it relates to living at the pointe. The concierge staff has also been a big help answering questions about the building and processes.
This is an amazing place to live and Heather, Jodecci, and Jennifer are absolutely amazing. Hands down the most luxurious and beautiful complex I have had the privilege to live at. Concierge living at its finest.
Customer service is phenomenal! The entire facility is amazing!! If you are looking for a rental apartment this is a fantastic place!!
I truly love living here! We have been living here for the past 8 months and have enjoyed every moment. The clubhouse amenities are the best I have ever experienced and the apartments are spacious and modern. The weekly events that the staff organize are a lot of fun! Thank you Heather, Jenifer and Jodeci you are doing a fantastic job!!!
