Verified Renter Been here almost two years and it's been a great experience. Terry and Megan and the maintenance crew is so great. The amenities are kept clean and up to date.

Verified Renter The Office staff is very helpful. Only problem is that the cable and internet keeps dropping during the day. Comcast sucks. That is why they call it COMTRASH.

Verified Renter In my honest experience, this was my first time moving out on my own and I traveled from Michigan to Stafford. Megan (Leasing) has really made this an easy move for me, and has assisted me with getting used to the area and what not. I asked for recommendations on nearby shops and motels and they were provided.
