Verified Renter The staff here are very professional and friendly. From first visit to move in only took 6 days. Had a minor issue in the first couple nights, called maintenance and it was solved same day. Overall I recommend the Pointe at Stafford as a place to live.

Verified Renter This is a nice apartment complex with responsive staff. There is a bit of noise if neighbors are jumping around or if you are on the side nearby 95 but nothing you wouldn’t expect.

Verified Renter Best customer service. Terry is the sweetest lady! The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe! Only downside is the appliances are a bit old fashioned but other than that this place is great!

Verified Renter I love my apartment. I enjoy the space and it’s enough to keep me and my family cozy. The community is nice and I feel safe in my home. There’s plenty of parking to where I never have to park far. The Richmond hwy is right off the exit of the apartments and the 95 not far as well to get to and from quickly to my job.
