Absolutely the best feeling ever after getting out of the cold plunge. I’ve been doing it for a couple months now and body feels great. Big thing for me is the cleanliness of the plunges and sauna. I’m able to recover much faster and my workouts feel so much better as well. If you haven’t checked it out yet it’s a must try. Rob and his staff are great and will coach you every step of the way.
Amazing experience! The plunge and sauna were spotless, the staff was welcoming, and the whole setup left me feeling energized and refreshed. Can’t wait to come back! OH and they have showers!
