Best cold plunge spot in Miami!
The experience of this process was awesome! The owner as well was there the whole time to walk me through everything and keep me motivated the whole time! Will definitely be doing this again!
Came with a group of friends ready for a cold plunge but we all decided on sauna then plunge. Tremendous experience. Amenities are clean and we all had a great time
