Great Vibe , cool community love this spot
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible Experience! The Plunge and Sauna Method is a wellness game-changer. The contrast between the cold plunge and sauna left me feeling refreshed, energized, and deeply relaxed. The space is clean, beautifully designed, and the staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. A must-try for recovery, stress relief, or just an amazing reset. Highly recommend!
Not bad, but not to my expectations, I thought I was going to have the plunge/sauna for myself. But there were other people inside at my schedule time. They have book appoinment availability just for other people to be there. In the Sauna everybody were like an inch or two apart, the space is too small and I think the plunge was a bit unsanitary since it makes no sense that they were able to cleaned it off, in the time lapse of 20 min. But overall Great Experience with customer service, and even local clients.

I recently visited the plunge & sauna method, and I can’t speak highly enough about my experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt an immediate sense of calm. The ambiance is incredibly peaceful, with soft lighting and a soothing atmosphere. The sauna was the ideal temperature, I especially loved how clean and well maintained everything was.
