They were excellent from start to finish. Plumber arrived when they said, gave us multiple options. Explained everything in detail. We would highly recommend this company to anyone with plumbing issues. The workers were very courteous and knowledgeable. Absolutely great.

Bryan, Kelton and everyone at The Plumbing Authority have always taken great care of us. They've gotten us through leaky pipes, rotted drain lines, clogs, and line replacements. Great work, reasonable prices, and friendly, knowledgeable employees (that always clean up when they leave).
My wife Jennifer and I had purchased new kitchen appliances, and the range was a combination gas/electric. We had an electric only before, and needed a gasoline installed. We called the Plumbing Authority and Kelton Balka came out and gave us a quote. We accepted and agreed upon installation the following week. Kelton and an assistant came as agreed upon and they began working immediately. Most excellent plumbing service. These guys are terrific from start to finish. They are extremely professional and experts at what they do, and communicate very well. We were contacted very quickly after placing a call for our plumbing needs, and were prompt in arrival. Kelton assessed our issues quickly and identified the problems without attempting to oversell plumbing repairs.
