I had a problem with a toilet not flushing and thought there was some blockage. I tried some home remedies (hot water, detergent etc) and was about to spend money on snake my own snake and other commercial products when I decided instead to call the plumbers connection. David came out promptly and put a snake into the sewage line. But he told me that the camera showed there was no obstruction there. Gary was very professional and explained why my shower may stilll be leaking due to high water pressure. Sure enough when checked it was 120 psi. Way high. He replaced my regulator which brought the pressure down to 70 psi. He then checked the shower again and no leaks with handles snugged up. Great service and prompt response time.

Great company! Everyone really cares about the customer. David is smart and so nice and really does a wonderful job. I have had several repairs done toilets drains amazing work and prices. Everything was clean when all the work was done...I am so happy...
