Used to be a great spot but apartment balcony has been closed for over a year, despite raising rental prices. Nightmare of a construction project, which just stopped out of the blue and never bothered to reopen my balcony and many others. Also there’s worms in the men’s shower for over a year. Management recently changed and they no longer send text message notifications when you get a package, only emails. Highly do not recommend.
