Place has a hipster-gone-healthy vibe. Limited menu selections, but what is there is legit and locally sourced. My wait staff was great, and food was delicious.
Really disappointing! Looks like a nice place... My wife and I sat at our table for an hour and a half, drinks came 20 minutes after ordering them, but no food. Our waiter never came back to check on us. The manager didn't seemed that concerned, other than telling us we didn't need to pay for our coffee.
I have heard about the delicious food that is offered at The Plaid Apron since I met my now husband 6 years ago. Today, I had the opportunity to try it first hand and let me tell you, it was INCREDIBLE! The atmosphere is so wonderful and the service is phenomenal - A must visit for sure! :)

As a vegetarian, it is great to find creative options rich in flavor! This is my favorite breakfast spot in Knoxville!
