Scam company paid for an apartment and the $300 admin and apply fee and also paid for a whole month of rent upon my move in date apartment was moldy and disgusting the lady’s told me they could upgrade my apartment for the same price upon moving in when we got down to business they would not honor price they told me and also made many false promises before moving in now I’m waiting for my check to arrive in the mail time will tell when I have my money back avoid this place unless you want to waste your time and be disappoint... read more
My personal experience living here almost three years. When Marla and Kathy were here they were always so nice and helpful and always got things done. When the new company took over Poala and Kadia took their spots and it was ROUGH in the beginning which is understandable. They ironed all the kinks out, cleaned up the property and honestly cleaned out a lot of the bad seeds of people living here. It’s quiet here now. Bad place found out apartment had blackmold gave notice they said not enough time so charge penalty when i moved i had tossed my mothers bedroom furniture if I stayed to avoid charges i would be paying for apartment not safe for my mom now im getting harrased on phone if I was a bad person i could go to court showing the pictures of the furniture but I left it alone.

Apartments 4755 #2 people came here, they really disrespectful. I got something come in front of my apartment the lady came to my door and read the paper, when she saw me she run. And every time she walk the dog out she leave the poop in front of door for more than 3 days. That’s disgusting and nasty. When you I open my door I smell it. Stay away from the apartment.
