The management staff , Paola and Kadia are very professional, courteous, and respectful of their tenants. Any issues you have are dealt with promptly and efficiently. The maintenance staff, Vanny and Eric are always very quick to respond to the maintenance requests that are submitted. The work they perform is always done expertly and not only that they tidy up after themselves. This place refused to help when me and my brother were trying to move in. Charged me $50 then went completely ghost. Also the community itself is pretty gross, the houses are tiny and smell weird.
Sent me a renewal for $300 more than they listed my apartment after I turned it down, not honest at all and ghosted me once I brought to their attention, they will try and avoid you at all costs. Can provide documentation as proof! If you live here please check the website and don’t get scammed. Have also had a ripped lanai since move in that none of the 3 leasing companies have taken care of, it gets filthy.
RUN RUN RUN!!!! Especially if you’re moving in to apartment 1577 Matthew Dr Apt 27, they went ahead and plastered over MOLD, expected us not to terminate our lease early when our ceiling CAVED IN and they took days to fix it, and then it regrew mold. They tried to put words in our mouth. I have all the proof. I actually just got an invoice of them trying to charge me 2.7k… all of my furniture is ruined from the mildew smell, they ruined my dishes with rust from the ceiling that fell in… these people are evil.
