Paola and her team are amazing there always there to take care of my questions and needs
Kadia is amazing! She helped so much with the move-in process and remembered my name the second time I met her which I found super nice. However, sometimes Poala would answer the phone and say “she’d call back the next day” and never would, nor would she update anyone else with the (slight) issues I had moving in. I’d let out a breath of fresh air when kadia picked up the phone because everytime she actually helped and is the sole reason I was able to move-in. First of all, Breanna was very informative and took her time and explained everything to me and provided me with some map and crunched all the numbers so I have a clear picture of what to expect. Breanna showed me one apartment which I liked but I have time until next August, I am hoping to get an apartment with an ideal view, which is very important for me. Thank you Breanna.
Kadia is awesome. Had a very crazy few months leading up to the move and a few mixups during the move out process, was stressed and upset and she helped calm me down and worked with me to fix it all and get me moved out and on my way. She is a great point of contact with any questions or concerns, she will listen to you.
