I live across the street in Country Hollow and am preparing to move within the next couple of months. To think I was even considering these apartments, not after reading the reviews lol. The staff should really take their residents seriously because reviews are very effective when it comes to quality. And some may say "well you haven't even lived there" guess what? Has black mold and a lot of crackheads! Very old apartments. Has bugs. The balcony is so unsafe its about to fall off the building.
I feel as if I pay too much to live here but I don't want the fees and hassles of moving. When I first moved here, which was at least 1 year ago, my AC did not work for an entire MONTH. Squirrel got into my apartment by chewing through the walls, 2 different couples screaming and fighting all the time, and can't even use either fenced in dog area because no one picks up their dogs poop. Other than the above not many issues just seems like I pay too much and no one picks up after their dogs.
