Got my 4th piece done by Amy this morning, love it, as always. She took my original and created the perfect tat. In and out in an hour for a good-sized piece. Check this place out.
Absolute horrible service. Never been treated with such disrespect. We waited almost 2 hours for a simple bellybutton piercing that we PAID for and they took two customers before us that were getting FREE piercings. After almost 2 hours we calmly asked how much longer it was going to be til it was our turn. Horrible customer service!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! went for a peircing and was told we were next, two other customers complained they were waiting for an hour. They were told they were receiving free peircing and they had to take paying customers first (us) they started yelling and threw a fit so they took them, after waiting for almost 2 hours I asked how much long, Randy was very rude with his reply, I asked if he realized he was lossing paying customers to free ones and he then told us to leave. I went to Amy at The Pittsburgh Tattoo Studio from a third party recommendation and I am so glad I did! Her shop is beautiful and most importantly spotless. She made sure my friend and I were very comfortable and she answered all our questions. While her shop sells healing products they never gave us any "sales pitch" which I truly appreciated. I will gladly recommend The Pittsburgh Tattoo Studio and Amy to all my friends.
