Everyone at Pittsburgh Tattoo Studio was phenomenal! From my phone conversation with Mia to her quick email responses, she made me feel like a valued client from the very start. BRUH. WISH I COULD RATE HIGHER. Got my belly button pierced for the second time after taking it out. Mia was extremely nice, hurt the least out of any piercing I've ever experienced. She walked me through the procedure every step of the way and made sure I was comfortable. Super great customer service . 11/10 would strongly recommend !!

I've wanted to have my cartilage re-pierced for years but never got around to it until today. Mia was super helpful with choosing placement and making sure I was happy with everything before and after it was done. She made my experience great. I'll definitely go back for my next piercing and future tattoos.
