The food was amazing, the atmosphere was better, and the staff was stellar. I would 100% recommended The Pig to anyone. We are from Houston and felt like we scored big time on food since we found this gem.
This is a must stop for us every time we visit DC (several times a year). The name says it all...they use the entire pig. The menu changes depending upon what they have. Even the appetizer options are delicious. Tonight we had the roasted brussel sprouts with bacon and pecans. They have an EXTENSIVE selection of whiskey and bourbon.
