Pros: nice layouts, walking distance from super target and walmart, quiet Cons: They like to add extra charges without communicating to you and refuse to reply to emails or answer the phone. And if they do answer they are just rude and nasty and refuse to help you. If I could give management stars I would give them 0 for customer service. It has really gone downhill over the years.
They don’t fix any issues you have in your apartment. My apartment stinks, because they won’t fix my dishwasher.
We had issues with our washer on Sunday night. The drain seemed to be clogged leaking water out on to the floor. I put in a repair request around 11:30pm Sunday. Frank & Tyrell were here by 10 am the next morning. They had the repair done in less than 30 mins. Thanks guys !
