The ice cream was fine but didn't taste particularly special or high quality. Prices were high for the quality, in my opinion. Service was fine but not great. 2/3 of our party had something wrong with their order. Definitely wouldn't go back.

Stumbled upon this place while looking for dessert in Knoxville. Walking to another place, and we saw the pharmacy sign. We are two pharmacists who own an independent pharmacy in Birmingham, AL and we loved the old fashioned feel. We had the Great Smoky Mountain and the Kookie Monster and both were delicious! Every employee was friendly and enjoyed talking with us about the business. We both left with a t-shirt. Thanks for the great experience!
