Very VERY good service. The best of the best. The food was also Very good
I've attended the Reds' Opening Day Eve party at the Phoenix for the past two years. It is a beautiful piece of architecture carefully and meticulously cared for by the staff. Everyone involved performs their jobs professionally and with a great appreciation for the honor of hosting this party. Thank you to Randy Freiking and Erin Heindrick for your kindness in working with me and for including me in celebrating the Cincinnati Reds organization.
First time at The Phoenix for Reds party, will definitely look to come back there.
Excellent food and service. Very attentive to our needs with 2 children in our party. All in all it was a great experience for my son's rehearsal dinner.
