The Phoenix catered our wedding at the Newport Aquarium and did an amazing job. Our guests continue to tell my wife and I how surprised and impressed they were with the high quality of the food. From the salads through the main course, the Phoenix shone. I had my doubts about their ability to deliver proper cooked short rib (we like our meat medium-medium rare) to all of our guests, but the food arrived pipping hot and cooked to perfection for all of our 150 guests. I was there for the Taste of Home cooking show and the bartenders were pitiful. Had no idea how to make a drink and even had trouble making change. Not what I would expect from a place like this.
