The Phoenix is absolutely AMAZING! Our coordinator, Lauren Melloan, was attentive to our questions and emails and always had our happiness and wedding vision top of mind. The week of the wedding she handled last minute changes and contacted all of our outside vendors which was a HUGE help. Our guests said the food was the best they've ever had at a wedding and the Grand Ballroom itself is GORGEOUS. My husband and I used the Phoenix as a caterer for our wedding at Rhinegeist. We wanted something different and ended up going with a taco bar. It was fantastic and our 130 guests loved how unique it was. The staff was amazing and helpful and took our suggestions and turned it in to exactly what we had envisioned. Highly recommend them!

Any bride looking for a reception venue need to look no further than The Phoenix! Everyone went above and beyond to make sure my wedding reception was everything I was expecting and then some. Lauren was so incredibly helpful during the planning process and especially the week of answering questions. She made sure the event went smoothly. The food was amazing as well. We got married at the Phoenix and wouldn’t have had it any other way. Our reception was everything we dreamed of and more. The service was awesome. The food was the best wedding food I’ve ever had. Lauren and Abby made my wedding planning a breeze! Thank you so much to the Phoenix for making the beginning of our marriage a night to remember forever. We would recommend the Phoenix to anyone.
