I. Love. The. Phoenix! I've had the pleasure of attending several events and have always been very happy with my experience. The entire staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and always going above and beyond to make sure the guests are enjoying their special event. Also, the Presidents Room Restaurant (inside the Phoenix) is absolutely amazing and is a thin slice of heaven. I was genuinely sad when my meal was over.
